My health and nutrition coaching programs are based on the idea of bio individuality. This means that each person is different and no two plans are exactly alike. There is no one size fits all approach, diet or protocol for improving health and lifestyle.

Your program will be tailored to your specific needs with a plan that is customized to help you discover your perfect healthy balance. Coaching focuses on incorporating realistic nutrition, fitness and healthy lifestyle habits into your daily routine. We’ll work together to identify any constraints that may be holding you back from living your ideal life and you’ll be provided with the tools to make long term, sustainable changes!

My hands on approach is unique in that it helps you to implement your plan in your REAL life: addressing habits via food store tours, pantry makeovers and cooking lessons!

6 MONTH PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • Bi-weekly appointments (In-person or via Zoom)
  • Grocery Store Tour
  • Home Pantry Makeover
  • Home cooking tutorial and tips
  • Recipes and resources

PRICING:
Our pricing reflects a customized program and a 6 month commitment. Through my experience, I have found that when a client commits to their health plan the success rates are exponentially better. The cost of the 6 month program is $960 when paid in full. We also offer monthly payments of $175. Appointments can be made online; a Credit Card is required to reserve the appointment and will not be charged until the first session. We accept checks and all major credit cards including HSA and FSA cards. 

GETTING STARTED:

After you book your appointment we will send you an intake form to fill out and send back to help us get ready for your appointment. Please fill this form out in its entirety as this is valuable information for us to get started. Please get this form back within 24 hours of your appointment. Our initial session will outline your goals and expectations and come up with a plan moving forward. 

 ** Free 30 minute consultations are available to discuss your health concerns and goals in order to establish my recommendation for your plan and ensure we are the right fit for each other.
